Mr. Boyd has been with MFM since 1991 and currently serves as Vice Chairman/CEO and Director.

Mr. Boyd has been with MFM since 1999 currently serving as President/COO, and has been a Director since January 1, 2015. Mr. Boyd received his BA in Finance at the Tippie School of Business at the University of Iowa and his MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Ms. Van Pelt has been with MFM since 2012 and currently serves as MFM Senior VP/CFO/Treasurer and Director since January 1, 2015. Kristie is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).

Ms. Stott has been in the insurance industry for 30 years. All of those years have been in a claims capacity. She works with the claims staff to ensure all claims are investigated, evaluated and resolved within the company's contractual and legal obligations, while providing fair, prompt and equitable resolutions to all claimants and policyholders.

Mr. Carey has been with MFM since 1996. Mike's background includes several years in Underwriting and Claims and provides additional expertise in Product development.

Mr. Mullin has been with MFM since 2016 and currently serves as Vice President of Marketing. Mr. Mullin has earned CPCU, ARM, AU and CIC designations and has over 20 years in the Property and Casualty industry.

Ms. Szymczak has been with MFM since 2008 and currently serves as MFM Corporate Secretary/HR Director. Becky's background includes 16 years of Human Resource and Compliance management.

Mr. O'Brien has served on the MFM Board of Directors since 2002 and also serves as Board Chairman. He received his law degree from Hamline University School of Law and an undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Minnesota. Bill is an attorney at a Minneapolis based law firm and provides legal expertise and corporate legal guidance.

Mr. Stillwell has served on the MFM Board of Directors since 2005 and also serves as Audit Chairman. Gary retired from 3M/ Imation as Global Key Account Director with a background in sales and account management and provides expertise in business growth and development.

Mr. Gray has served on the MFM Board of Directors since 2018 and also serves as a member of the Board's Audit Committee. He received his master's degree from Wichita State University in Administration of Justice and an undergraduate degree in education from the Faith Baptist Bible College in Ankeny, Iowa. Nathan has worked for the Federal Bureau of Investigation throughout his career.

Ms. Boyd has served on the MFM Board of Directors since 2011 and also serves as Assistant Secretary. Victoria retired from Qwest Communications as Vice President of Operations and provides expertise in operations, planning and marketing.
